Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - New Delhi
Arrival at the airport. You will be received by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 - New Delhi
Full sight seeing tour of Old and New Delhi which includes visit to Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s tomb, Raj Ghat, India Gate, President’s House and Lotus temple. Evening free to relax. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 -N Delhi-Jaipur
After an early breakfast leave for Jaipur the Pink City. Upon arrival Check in to the hotel. After a brief refreshment move out to see the Jaigarh fort during sunset. Evening at leisure.
Day 4 - Jaipur
In the morning move out for the full day sight seeing and visit the Huge Amber Fort on the elephant’s back, the City Palace and Jantar Mantar (an observatory made by astronomer king Jai Singh). Also see Hawa Mahal and Albert Hall from the outside. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 - Jaipur-Agra
After the leisurely morning drive straight to Agra. On arrival check-in your hotel and move out to see the Agra Fort and the magnificent Taj Mahal during sunset.
Day 6 - Gwalior
Drive to Gwalior in the morning and upon arrival Check-in the hotel. After the lunch visit Jas Vila Palace and Museum and Tansen’s tomb. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 - Gwalior
After the breakfast proceed for the sightseeing tour of Gwalior which includes the historical monuments viz Gwalior Fort ,Chatteri of Rani Laxmi Bai, Gujrai Mahal, Man Mandir Palace, Suraj Kund, Teli ka Mandir, Sas Bahu ka mandir.
Day 8 - Orchha
After breakfast drive to Orchha en-route visit Datia to see the Datia Palace. Later after the lunch drive to Orchha and on arrival check-in the hotel. Enjoy the evening sound and light show at Orchha Palace.
Day 9 - Khajuraho
After breakfast proceed for the sightseeing tour of Orchha and visit the historical monuments viz, Orchha Fort complex, famous Chatteris of Orchha, Jahangir mahal, the one and only Ram Raja temple. Later drive to Khajuraho and check-in the hotel. Enjoy the evening sound and light show at Khajuraho temples. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10 - Khajuraho-Varanasi
After breakfast proceed to the sightseeing tour of Khajuraho which includes the western, eastern and southern group of temples. Later board the flight for Varanasi and on arrival check-in the hotel. In the evening we will witness the ritualistic aarti at the banks of River Ganges. For the first time visitors the conundrum and chaos astound but clear off as our guide explains the rites and rituals of Hindus.
Day 11 – Varanasi
Move out for a morning guided spiritual tour along the banks of the river Ganges and also take a boat ride over this sacred river. Here you will witness the Sadhus taking dip in the Ganges with their daily practices of Surya Namaskar (Preying of Lord Sun while taking dip in the Ganges ) and different rituals of Hindu religion performed on the banks of Ganges . After breakfast move out for the city sight seeing tour which includes Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Durga Temple, and Tulsi Manas Temple. After the Lunch move out for an excursion to Sarnath- the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon. Today it presents the most expansive ruins amongst the places containing Buddhist relics.
Day 12 – Departure
Morning at leisure. You will be transferred to the airport to board the flight for Delhi. On arrival in Delhi board the flight for your return journey. The Tour ends.
